With her more than 32 years of banking experience, Alisa Lancaster, Executive Vice President, oversees accounting, operations, trust and human resources for all three First Farmers locations. She also finds time to actively volunteer for numerous community and regional organizations. Alisa is a mother of 2 and grandmother of 3.
