INFORMATION WE SHARE
We do not reveal specific information about your accounts or other personally identifiable data to anyone unless:
1. You request or authorize it
2. The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you
3. The information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency
4. The disclosure otherwise is lawfully permitted or required
We do not provide account or personal information to non-First Farmers State Bank companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial products or services of those companies.
We recognize that you have a right to expect your personal financial information to remain private and secure. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect, retain and use information about you only where the bank reasonably believes the gathering of such information would be useful and allowed by law to administer the bank’s business and/or to provide products, services or opportunities to you. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
Information we receive from you on applications or other forms (your name, address, Social Security number, assets, debts and income)
Information about your transactions with us, or affiliates, or others (your account balance and payment history) and
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency (your creditworthiness and credit history)
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law.
MAINTENANCE AND PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
The bank will maintain appropriate security standards and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to your information. Such procedures should prevent access by not only unauthorized employees, but others as well. Such others include, but are not limited to, all non-employees with otherwise legitimate reasons for being on bank premises and all intruders on bank premises.

MAINTAINING CUSTOMER PRIVACY IN BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH THIRD PARTIES
First Farmers State Bank will provide certain customer information to unaffiliated third parties to provide us additional support. We disclose information about you as necessary to fulfill these third party service agreements. For example, we may disclose information about you to third parties that assist us in servicing or maintaining your loan account, deposit account, or other business relationship. Examples of these services include, but are not limited to, printing checks and loan coupon books, producing ATM/Check Cards, performing appraisals, title searches, flood certifications and credit reports. We may also share your credit transaction experiences with consumer-reporting agencies as required by law. We also will disclose personal information in response to a lawful subpoena, summons, warrant, or other court order. First Farmers State Bank will not knowingly do business with any unaffiliated third party provider or company that uses or sells this information for marketing purposes.
